Her radio show, Up Close and Personal on WGBB-1240AM is a program loved by authors. She understands and has written about dating, singles, relationships, romance, sexuality, seniors, reaching middle age, workplace issues, retirement issues, and has interviewed music icons Johnny Mathis and Neil Sedaka. She is a marketing consultant with a degree in Psychology (now that is scary). She says some of her most fun was being the MC for Bachelor Auctions and interviewing the Chippendale Dancers, and she has the pictures to prove it. She has a multinational entrepreneurial history. Holding two masters’ degrees in economics and education prepared Silvia Schuessler for all of the success she had. As Executive Manager of direct sales; she was an expert in implementation of strategies resulting in exceptional performance and outstanding company growth. She was the General Manager of SM-Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H. –Munich, Germany where she managed the wholesale import of a product with millions in sales each year. Then she moved to the United States, where language was a problem and customs were different. What did this multinational entrepreneur do? She dug in learning the U.S ways quickly and has become an award winning entrepreneur. Silvia has also added acting to her varied background with many films and commercials to her credit. Her love for her new country can only be outshined by her smile.
