Home Staging…Fast and Quick Way to a Sale!!

Designer Bonnie Dell and her partner created a do-it-yourself home staging kit to help homeowners make their homes the most attractive on the market. By following their
suggestions for organizing, de-cluttering, painting, cleaning and decorating, homeowners can
sell their homes faster and easier in the current poor real estate market. This can be transformed into full price money sale. January is a month when many homes go on the market. But, anytime is a good time to learn how to do the magic to make the home you’re selling the home the buyer wants. We will be talking with Bonnie to understand how home staging works. She Never Wanted to be a Housewife/Decorator

And that has never happened! Natalie Weinstein opened her company in 1973 and become a design, teaching and creative force. But, Natalie has always been an amazing force. When she enrolled in the Willsey Institute of Art and Interior Design who would have thought she would eventually be the executive director of the school.  Her design work has appeared in The New York Times, Palm Beach Life, Newsday, Nite Life, Distinction and House Magazines. She started Natalie’s Home Decorating Club and now she is empowering her clients and the Club with the Home Decorating Club’s Green University; with a goal of a zero energy home.  She is an author of two books, one is a children’s book and a radio talk host of “Home Show”. She knows people have a thirst to improve their surroundings and she is there to help.

Charm School for Guys: From T-Rex to Tools!

A brutally blunt owner’s manual and fix-it guide for every year; make and model of guy! From the far North reaches of Alaska, where there are more men than women: Mary Marshall takes a realistic and uncensored look at things men do and say with enough blunt irony that most males will recognize himself with a good long laugh. Her new book:  Charm School for Guys takes a much needed and realistic look at men: Find out the truth about sex appeal…or lack.  She gets into their closet, wallet, ride and their heads.
